Snow has finally come to my home!

It's totally white outside and it just looks beautiful!

Since Christmas is coming, I'm gonna share some little delights of Sweden that you can eat!

They are called kokosbollar.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup or 1 dl sugar
  • 1 cup or 2 dl groat
  • 1 cup or 2 dl grated coconut
  • 2 tblsp cocoa
  • 1 tblsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 1 egg

Steps

Mix sugar, groats, half of grated coconut, cocoa,

vanilla sugar, and butter in a bowl.

Add the egg and mix until firm.

Kokosbollar

Let it cool in fridge, for about 10 mins.

Roll the mixture and cut it in little pieces.

Roll each piece into a little ball.

Roll the balls in the rest of the coco rapées.

Keep them in fridge until they harden.

Kokosbollar are simply delicious!

They are super easy to make, and it will only take you a few minutes to make them!
